Fast Track to The Fascial System - Understanding and Improving the Health of the Connective Tissue and Interstitial Fluid System in the Human Body
Explore the latest science from the world of fascia. We will explore many treatment approaches for treating the CTIF (Connective Tissue Interstitial Fluid) system, including acupuncture and many related techniques, tools and styles of practice, new manual therapy skills, and gentle, easy and therapeutic exercise techniques. The purpose will be to restore fascial connective tissue function throughout the body, relieve acute and chronic pains, and improve health, wellness and functional performance in any individual. This will be a very "HEALTHFULL" course for you and your patients.
The information presented in this course is a prerequisite for advanced courses on CTIF (Connective Tissue Interstitial Fluid) and the Fascia. The content was incorporated into "A Comprehensive Introduction to Acupuncture: The Art and the Science" Courses for Fall, 2013 and all subsequent Introduction to Acupuncture courses at Acu-Acupuncture. If your Introduction to Acupuncture: The Art and the Science course was taken prior to Fall, 2013, OR your introductory acupuncture training is from another school, AND you have not taken an Introductory Course on CTIF and the Fascia system, this course may be required. Please call 204-982-9608 for more information.
Instructors: Anne Dawson, Sylvia Lavalee
